Admission Process
Families applying to either program should follow these steps
- Submit an Online Application Form
- Upload Required Documents :
- Birth certificate or passport
- Previous school reports/transcripts
- Immunization records
- Student photo
- Any additional reports (SEN reports, if applicable)
- Assessment / Placement Test
(if required) to determine the most suitable program and grade level. - Parent & Student Interview
to understand the child’s educational needs and program fit. - Admission Decision
communicated by email or phone.
Enrollment Confirmation
by submitting required forms and paying registration fees.

Valid passport or birth certificate
Recent school reports
(last 2 years if available)
Immunization records
(according to Ministry of Health requirements)
Student passport-size photo
Transfer certificate
(for students coming from another school)
Learning support or psychological reports (if applicable)
Assessment & Interviews
Depending on the grade and program (These steps help us place each student in the environment where they can succeed.)
New Brunswick AEI
Placement tests in English and Math may be required.
IB Programme
Interviews and/or assessments to evaluate readiness
for the IB learning environment
Tuition and Fees
A detailed fee structure, including tuition, uniforms, books, and transportation, is available through the school’s admissions office. Payment plans and deadlines are communicated upon acceptance.
Offers and Enrollment
Admission offers are delivered
via email or official letter
Families must confirm their acceptance by the stated deadline
Enrollment is finalized aftercompleting
all forms and payment of fees
