IB Schools in Egypt Association (IBSEA) Conference

We are proud to announce that our Head of School, Dr. Hala Al Attar, Ed.D., and our Academic Dean, Ms. Mai Sayed, M.Ed., are representing Al Farouk International School at the IB Schools in Egypt Association (IBSEA) Conference this year.

Their participation is a strategic initiative in our commitment to developing educational leadership and advancing pedagogical practice. By engaging with this international community of IB educators, they are not only sharing insights from our own context but also actively bridging diverse perspectives to foster conversations that improve teaching and learning for all.

At the conference, our leaders are engaging in scholarly dialogue, exploring innovative educational practices, and contributing to discussions on equity and excellence—key levers that drive systemic improvement in student learning. This aligns with our vision of empowering students as future global leaders, prepared not just academically but as compassionate and effective individuals.

We believe that by stepping onto this global stage, we reinforce our dedication to a collegial and inclusive approach to education, where sharing knowledge strengthens every member of our professional community.

IB Multi-School Workshops

For the second consecutive week, Al Farouk International School’s team is engaged in IB Multi-School Workshops, following last week’s three-day IBES sessions.

This ongoing professional development reflects our commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning among our educators. By deepening their knowledge and pursuing IB certification, our teachers are enriching their pedagogical practice through meaningful academic exchange and exposure to current methodologies.

These experiences directly enhance classroom implementation, renew teaching approaches, and elevate overall performance—empowering our team to implement the programs with greater insight and innovation.

At Al Farouk, we believe in supporting every member of our community in becoming lifelong learners, starting with our dedicated educators.
